Wymagania

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, technology management, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, project support, or related role.
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience in legal services, professional services, or technology implementation environments is advantageous.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European language is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across organizational levels and external partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Experience with innovation projects, AI implementation, or technology transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
  • Understanding of legal industry trends, challenges, and innovation opportunities.
  • Experience working in international or multi-jurisdictional environments.

Obowiązki

Innovation & AI Project Support:

  • Assist with coordination of AI implementation projects and technology enablement initiatives from scoping to closing according to timelines, governance, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple stakeholders including legal teams, technology partners, and business units across Europe.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, maintain project documentation, and track milestones and deliverables.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as primary point of contact for project-related inquiries across the Innovation & Intelligence portfolio.
  • Facilitate communication and prepare/distribute regular project status updates and reports.
  • Support management of strategic partnerships and vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Administrative & Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive project files, records, and documentation per PMO standards.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other project-related materials for stakeholders.
  • Support documentation of innovation processes, AI deployment procedures, and technology implementation guidelines.

Process Improvement & PMO Framework Support:

  • Support implementation and adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices for innovation and AI deployment.
  • Assist in development and refinement of project management processes, templates, and frameworks specific to legal innovation.
  • Monitor project compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

Resource & Budget Tracking:

  • Assist in tracking project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate procurement activities and support vendor management.
  • Support contract negotiation processes and performance monitoring.
