AI Project Manager

Keywords Studios is an international technical service provider to the global Video Game Industry with offices worldwide. They provide linguistic, testing, and quality control services to Video Game Developers and Publishers. The company has entered the AI field to deliver high-quality services.

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management in technology-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-team projects (100+ people scale preferred).
• Experience working in global, distributed environments.
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including senior leadership exposure.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk, and delivery methodologies (Agile/hybrid preferred).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• High level of ownership and ability to operate independently.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AI, machine learning, data platforms, or digital transformation projects.
• Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite, MS Project, Visio, Microsoft Teams.
• Experience working with offshore delivery models.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI projects involving approximately 150 people.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams spanning engineering, data, product, and business functions.
• Build and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and risks.
• Act as the coordination point between teams in Poland, in alignment with teams in India and the US.
• Drive alignment across technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and executive-level communication.
• Track progress across parallel streams and ensure delivery against milestones.
• Identify risks early, manage escalations, and drive resolution across teams.
• Control scope and ensure structured change management processes.
• Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and project performance.
• Ensure delivery quality and consistency across all workstreams.
