Customer Service Representative with German

• Managing ongoing queries from German-speaking customers via phone calls, emails, and web channels
• Advising customers on travel products
• Supporting customers with reservation and adjustment of flight bookings
• Recommending products and assisting customers using the official website
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Providing after sales support
• Cooperating with other team members
