Wymagania

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience managing a call center team (at least 2–3 years)
  • Data analysis for action, implementation, testing, and improvement
  • Experience in automating sales or service processes
  • Use of AI, automation, or CRM tools
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle and ability to design customer journey
  • Knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, Ecommerce, AI
