Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience managing a call center team (at least 2–3 years)
- Data analysis for action, implementation, testing, and improvement
- Experience in automating sales or service processes
- Use of AI, automation, or CRM tools
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle and ability to design customer journey
- Knowledge of CRM, Google Workspace, Ecommerce, AI
