Senior .NET Developer

We are looking for a .Net Developer to drive innovation and solution development in one of our teams. In this role you will collaborate with dynamic global technology teams with niche competences and cutting-edge technology. You will be developing the power grids of the future, by creating software used in crucial processes. The product is designed to have a long life while being efficient, easy to maintain, scalable to future needs, and resilient to evolving technological and business requirements.

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development using .NET 6/8 and/or .NET Framework 4.8.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good written and spoken communication in English.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum software development processes and principles.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or an equivalent field of study.
• Knowledge and experience with any of the following considered a plus: ASP.NET Core Blazor, ASP.NET Web API, WPF MVVM, Entity Framework, GIT, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Dependency Injection, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, MSTest, XUnit, Moq.

• Deliver high-quality software solutions (Desktop + Web) using .NET (C#, WPF, Blazor, ASP.NET Core).
• Collaborate with the Product Owner, Domain Experts, other Development Teams, and the Software Architect.
• Actively participate in all team activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth project progress.
• Contribute to team R&D efforts by bringing innovative ideas and staying updated with the latest industry trends.
• Recommend suitable frameworks, platforms, or technology stacks for implementing solutions.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high product quality, provide constructive feedback, and mentor less experienced colleagues.
• Communicate effectively in English within an international team.
