Test Lead

Scalo is offering a position involving participation in a banking industry project with responsibilities in test management within development teams.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT in manual testing and/or test management
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (waterfall and agile)
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence tools
• Experience in the investment or financial industry
• Ability to work under time pressure
• High interpersonal skills
• ISTQB certification
• Diligence and independence

Nice to have:

• ISTQB Test Manager certification
• Knowledge of the banking industry
• Experience with log analysis tools (e.g., Kibana)

• Participation in a banking industry project
• Managing tests within development teams
• Analyzing requirements for test coverage
• Managing defects (Defect Management) and regression test scope
• Performing manual tests and maintaining functional test standards in development teams
• Collaborating with development teams during sprints
• Defining testing approaches for cycles, sprints, and releases
• Working in a hybrid model: 1 day per week in the office in Warsaw
