System Architect

• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and supervising system architectures
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of architectural and integration patterns
• Practical experience with cloud and infrastructure automation
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture and microservices architecture
• Knowledge and application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Experience in API governance and API-first approach
• Experience with end-to-end observability
• Participation in code reviews, mentoring, and architectural workshops
• Supporting work organization in multi-team environments
• Experience working in CI/CD and DevOps models
• Understanding of multi-cloud strategies
• Experience with chaos engineering

• Designing and developing system architectures supporting software development
• Defining technological standards (API-first, event-driven, microservices)
• Translating business requirements into architectural solutions
• Supporting teams in implementation and work organization (MVP, iterations)
• Creating and enforcing quality, integration, and documentation standards
• Participating in architectural reviews and compliance control
• Identifying dependencies between systems and ensuring consistency
• Supporting automation (CI/CD, automated tests, DevOps)
• Collaborating with DevOps and maintenance teams
• Supervising external suppliers
• Identifying technological risks and initiating corrective actions
• Participating in building technology roadmaps
• Working in a hybrid model (2-3 days from the Warsaw office)
