Project Manager

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT or CyberSecurity projects
• Experience with projects related to GRC tools or CyberSecurity solutions implementation
• Experience managing integration projects
• Knowledge of Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes
• Experience preparing project documentation and conducting discovery phase
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and knowledge of project management methodologies
• Fluent English communication skills (minimum C1 level)

Nice to have:

• Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
• Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, GDPR

• Coordination of technical teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
• Management of risks, changes, and project dependencies
• Organization and facilitation of project, status meetings, and workshops with stakeholders
• Reporting project progress to stakeholders and management
• Supervision of end-to-end implementation and support of solution stabilization
• Collaboration with international distributed teams
• Managing the project from initiation and discovery phase through planning, implementation, to production launch
• Business and technology needs analysis, supporting tool selection, and preparation of project documentation
• Preparation and management of project schedule and monitoring of task execution
• Remote work with occasional visits to offices in Poznań or Wrocław
