• Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN computer networks
• Technical knowledge to perform assigned tasks related to networks and IT hardware
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently
• Communication skills, reliability, and responsibility
• Proactive attitude towards work
• Ability to work in a team

Nice to have:

• Experience in a similar position or at least secondary technical education in IT
• Knowledge of Windows Server
• Knowledge of AD/AAD concepts

• Supporting users in the use and maintenance of company hardware
• Handling installation and configuration of company software
• Managing the internal ticketing system
• Configuring network devices with team support
• Performing backups and monitoring antivirus protection
• Participating in IT projects within the organization
• Diagnosing and resolving current issues with company devices with team support
• Maintaining and updating necessary documentation
• Collaborating with external partners and distributors
