Digital Specialist (Specjalista / Specjalistka ds. IT)

IKEA Industry, part of Inter IKEA Group, is a global leader in wooden furniture manufacturing and an integrated part of the IKEA value chain. It employs about 15,000 people across more than 30 production units located in 7 countries. The company operates sawmills, board production, furniture components, and finished furniture production.

• Experience in Windows Server and Windows Client administration
• Experience with Microsoft Intune / MDM and user environment management
• Understanding of basic networking and virtualization and IT environment dependencies
• Ability to diagnose and solve IT problems
• Basic knowledge of working with data (SQL, Power BI, Power Platform) or willingness to develop in this area
• Understanding of basic cybersecurity (access management, updates, backups)
• Ability to work with technical documentation and maintain IT environment standards
• Clear communication skills with users and ability to explain IT concepts
• Good work organization and ability to set priorities
• Independence, proactivity, and a desire to seek improvements

• Ensure IT systems operate stably, securely, and without downtime
• Solve real user problems and facilitate their daily work through technology
• Develop and improve production support systems, implementing changes that impact results
• Use data to make better decisions by creating reports and automating processes
• Manage a modern IT environment based on Windows, cloud, and Intune
• Collaborate with business and suppliers to implement solutions driving company digitization
