Senior Project Lead - AI

• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Proven ability to independently lead complex projects and make sound decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with international teams and global operations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience in AI, data operations, technology, or digital services.
• Background in process optimization, Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.

• Lead and develop a team of approximately 50 professionals.
• Own project delivery, ensuring quality, efficiency, and business objectives are met.
• Manage priorities, KPIs, risks, and operational performance.
• Drive process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate seamless work hand-offs across international time zones.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure clear communication, documentation, and operational excellence.
