Senior LowCode Engineer (Microsoft Power Platform)

It supports global enterprise clients by designing, building, and scaling digital platforms to improve operational efficiency and drive business transformation. The organization has over 30 years of experience and delivers solutions across industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, energy, and manufacturing, working with major cloud and platform providers.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-500, PL-200, PL-400)
• Experience with other low-code or RPA platforms such as ServiceNow, Mendix, Pegasystems
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of low-code design best practices, performance, and integrations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation scenarios
• Very good communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work remotely from Poland (mandatory)
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level

• Design and develop business automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
• Build low-code applications and workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Develop and implement RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop
• Take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery including design, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders
• Configure process-oriented workflows and perform component, integration, and UAT testing
• Customize industry-specific solutions to meet client business needs
• Troubleshoot automation and platform-related issues
• Conduct peer code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
