Data & AI – OpenPages Delivery Consultant

The role is part of Technology Expert Labs, specializing in IBM's Data Platform and AI/MLOps products such as OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data.

• Familiarity with AI/MLOps products including OpenPages, watsonx.governance, Mistral, watsonx.ai, and watsonx.data.
• Exposure to implementing AI/MLOps solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ability to analyze client environments and provide optimization recommendations.
• Understanding of integrating AI/MLOps products with existing systems.
• Experience delivering expert services to ensure successful adoption and usage of AI/MLOps products.
• Additional knowledge of other AI/MLOps products and technologies is beneficial.
• Advanced technical analysis skills for complex client environments are an asset.
• Experience delivering expert services in specific industries such as finance or healthcare is advantageous.

• Provide world-class services to optimize configuration, deployment, adoption, usage, and analysis of AI/MLOps products.
• Deliver tailored AI/MLOps solutions meeting clients' specific needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand business challenges and objectives.
• Analyze client environments to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements.
• Support clients in adopting and using AI/MLOps products to maximize value.
