Wymagania
- Experience in a similar position
- Communicative knowledge of English
- Knowledge of PC hardware and local and wide area networks
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system (9-17, 14-22) and some weekends
- Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software problems
- Knowledge of Helpdesk software, e.g., remote desktop
- Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with users
Nice to have:
- Category B driving license

- Supporting Vision Express employees with IT systems
- Timely and reliable handling of support requests
- Installation and configuration of computers and network equipment
- Maintaining computer and network infrastructure in over 250 stores across Poland, the Headquarters, and the Logistics Center
- Contact with suppliers and external IT support
