Wymagania

  • Experience in a similar position
  • Communicative knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of PC hardware and local and wide area networks
  • Willingness to work in a two-shift system (9-17, 14-22) and some weekends
  • Ability to diagnose and solve hardware and software problems
  • Knowledge of Helpdesk software, e.g., remote desktop
  • Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with users

Nice to have:

  • Category B driving license

Obowiązki

  • Supporting Vision Express employees with IT systems
  • Timely and reliable handling of support requests
  • Installation and configuration of computers and network equipment
  • Maintaining computer and network infrastructure in over 250 stores across Poland, the Headquarters, and the Logistics Center
  • Contact with suppliers and external IT support
