• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience (preferably in products, analysis, payments, or fintech)
• Ability to work project-oriented and organize own work effectively
• Independent, engaged, and solution-oriented attitude
• Enjoy collaboration with various teams and stakeholders
• Developed analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level

Nice to have:

• Experience in payment organizations, fintechs, or financial institutions
• Participation in transformational projects, automation, or centralization of KYC/AML processes
• Experience in group-level management reporting

• Develop the area of self-service terminals by implementing new functionalities, improvements, and financing models
• Lead independent product projects and take full responsibility for their outcomes
• Collaborate with external partners: device manufacturers, financial institutions, and software providers
• Support product development based on customer needs and market trends
• Work in a cross-functional environment (IT, Sales, Operations, Compliance)
• Analyze competition and identify new business opportunities
• Create product materials, support sales, and train sales teams
• Influence product profitability and business decisions
