Wymagania

  • 3-7 years of experience in agile product environments, including exposure to Product Owner, Scrum Master, or digital delivery-related responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle management and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps-related tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar collaboration platforms.
  • Experience within investment services, or broader financial-services environments.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders in international settings.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience coordinating or guiding development teams within agile delivery frameworks.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered advantageous.

Nice to have:

  • PSPO certification or equivalent agile credentials would be beneficial.

Obowiązki

  • Coordinate and support the delivery of digital product enhancements and releases within an agile environment.
  • Translate business expectations and operational needs into detailed functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Manage and prioritize backlog activities to ensure efficient sprint planning and smooth product delivery.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, refinement sessions, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and workshops.
  • Define, execute, and oversee testing activities for new functionalities, ensuring solution quality and platform stability across deployment cycles.
  • Perform regression and validation testing to minimize production issues and maintain consistent user experience.
  • Cooperate with business stakeholders during testing and release phases to confirm alignment between delivered functionalities and business requirements.
  • Monitor platform quality indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives related to application reliability and operational performance.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot platform-related issues, identifying whether root causes are linked to data, system behavior, or operational processes.
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, user guidelines, knowledge bases, and process-related materials.
  • Collaborate closely with development, digital, investment, marketing, compliance, and business teams located across multiple international markets.
  • Support communication and coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful product evolution and alignment with strategic objectives.
