• Knowledge of English enabling fluent communication
• Familiarity with Microsoft tools
• Ability to solve technical problems
• Good knowledge of computer and peripheral device construction
• Communication skills, creativity, and independence in work
• Willingness to work in a shift system (6:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00)
• Driving license category B

• Support users of the IT system both domestically and internationally
• Diagnose and repair IT hardware faults
• Handle technical support tickets
• Create new IT workstations
• Manage hardware inventory and software licenses
