IT Infrastructure & Security Administrator

G City is a leading owner, manager and developer of fashion, entertainment and dining shopping centres and rental apartments in Central Europe. The company focuses primarily on locally dominant facilities located in prime urban locations. G City has a portfolio of 26 assets worth EUR 2.5 billion and a gross leasable area (GLA) of over 809,000 sq m. In February 2020, G City announced a strategy to diversify its portfolio by investing and managing apartments for rent, with a particular focus on Warsaw.

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT security, network administration, or infrastructure security.
• Hands-on experience with corporate network administration and security technologies.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, SSL/TLS, and network segmentation.
• Experience with firewalls, routers, switches, VPN technologies, and secure remote access solutions.
• Practical experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, EDR, and network monitoring tools.
• Experience with IT audits, SOX controls, security incident management, and risk assessments.
• Good understanding of ISO 27001, GDPR, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience working with external SOC providers and security vendors.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have:

• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft/Azure certifications.
• Experience in an international corporate environment.

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT security strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and oversee the security and availability of the corporate network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN/Wi-Fi).
• Administer and secure network devices, including firewalls, routers, switches, and VPN solutions.
• Monitor security incidents, coordinate incident response activities, and maintain Incident Response Plans (IRP).
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and security audits.
• Execute and document quarterly IT SOX controls and coordinate activities with external auditors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate security standards and regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, SOX).
• Manage and improve security solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Global CISO, IT, and external SOC/service providers.
• Support disaster recovery activities.
• Lead security awareness initiatives and promote cybersecurity best practices across the organization.
• Prepare security, risk, and compliance reports.
