Full Stack Developer

Axendi is a company specializing in Contact Center services with over 1500 employees. It has been operating for 16 years, providing multichannel customer service (phone, email, chat) with modern operational centers in Warsaw, Łódź, Lublin, and Rzeszów.

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as Full Stack or Frontend Developer
• Very good knowledge of React and frontend ecosystem (TypeScript, Next.js/Vite, Tailwind CSS)
• Very good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES2020+)
• Experience in application state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, React Query or similar)
• Knowledge of frontend testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress or Playwright
• Good knowledge of Python and frameworks FastAPI and/or Django REST Framework
• Experience working with MongoDB and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of REST API design (versioning, authentication, OpenAPI documentation)
• Ability to configure CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Knowledge of cloud services GCP or Azure (Cloud Run, App Engine, AKS/GKE preferred)
• Ability to manage secrets and environment variables
• Knowledge of Git and working with Jira/Confluence/Figma

• Design and implement user interfaces in React (functional components, hooks, state management)
• Create responsive and efficient web views
• Optimize application performance (lazy loading, code splitting, bundle optimization)
• Integrate UI with REST API
• Model and manage data in MongoDB and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
• Build and maintain API services in Python using FastAPI and Django
• Optimize backend queries and performance
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
• Containerize applications using Docker
• Deploy applications in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure environments
• Participate in planning and developing solution architecture
• Conduct code reviews and collaborate to maintain high code quality
• Create technical documentation and manage technical debt
