Junior Helpdesk Specialist

The IT & Technical Operations Department, specifically the IT Support team, is responsible for comprehensive technical support for users and ensuring the reliability of work tools, including incident response, access management, hardware lifecycle management, application administration, and key updates deployment.

• Comprehensive understanding of IT technologies and support systems
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory
• Resilience to stress and ability to handle rapidly changing priorities
• Good knowledge of Windows systems and network services
• Basic knowledge and administration of LAN and WAN networks
• Analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, meticulousness, inquisitiveness, and good work organization

Nice to have:

• Basic PowerShell knowledge
• Experience in IT systems support and end-user support
• SEP electrical qualifications up to 1KV

• Receiving, handling, and resolving IT hardware and software tickets
• Assigning and controlling access within the organization
• Organizing computer equipment for other positions in the organization
• Administering computer hardware orders for employees
• Ensuring high customer service levels in accordance with SLA
• Proactively monitoring applications within the organization
• Creating a Knowledge Base for end users about common issues they can resolve themselves
• Using remote support and desktop sharing technologies
• Inventorying and cataloging employee equipment
