Technical Project Manager CRM

PKO Leasing S.A. is one of the leading leasing companies in Poland, part of the Capital Group of the largest bank in Poland.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, IT Delivery Manager, or Tech Lead in a digital environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and effective management of technology projects.
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, integrations, CI/CD, and IT security aspects.
• Ability to analyze logs, performance metrics, and monitoring data.
• Experience working with development teams and building trust.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Grafana, Kibana.
• Experience in the CRM domain.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in project management (PMI, AgilePM), digital technologies, or IT architecture.
• Experience managing technology budgets.
• Ability to manage technical backlog (refactoring, technical debt, code quality).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owner and development teams to co-create and develop software.
• Plan and coordinate the implementation of technological initiatives.
• Manage technological dependencies between teams and roadmaps.
• Support teams in technical analysis, architecture design, and system integrations.
• Monitor the technical quality of implemented solutions including performance, security, and availability.
• Cooperate with DevOps, security, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
• Communicate with technological and business stakeholders, translating complex technical issues into business benefits.
• Support platform development in a "platform as a product" model.
