Wymagania
- You speak English fluently (B2/C1)
- You know how to ask the right questions to reach the core
- You have outstanding communication skills and customer focused mind-set
- You have MS Office skills
- You have first experience in IT customer service
- You are flexible and comfortable working across different shifts
Nice to have:
- You have experience on the first line of technical support
- 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Languages: Polish, English

- Taking customer calls – approximately 70% of the workload
- Back-office tasks (emails, chat, backlog management) – approximately 30% of the workload
