Backend Developer (Mid/Mid+)

March Networks develops complex data-driven applications including the Searchlight Cloud platform, which integrates high-definition video surveillance with various data sources to provide comprehensive business insights for security, fraud prevention, and operational analysis.

• 3+ years developing and deploying backend C# .NET solutions
• Experience creating .NET Core services and applications
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (Postgres, Starrocks, Mongo)
• Knowledge of message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
• Experience building applications for Docker and Kubernetes
• Good knowledge of design patterns and programming best practices
• Experience with Visual Studio/Visual Studio Code and Jira
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level
• Communicative level of Polish
• Ability to work at least 3 days a week from the Gliwice office

Nice to have:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
• Experience using GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Kiro)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Experience working in agile methodologies

• Work in 2-week sprints within a scrum team of backend developers, frontend developers, and QA
• Assist with building data-driven applications
• Propose technical solutions
• Create new features

• Collaborate with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
