Software Engineer 2 (Java / Kotlin) - Partner Workspace

Allegro’s development teams include more than 1700 IT experts working on complex problems. The specific team for this role operates like a small, agile startup within the larger organization, based mostly in Warsaw with six developers and a Product Manager. The team works in a mature Scrum environment, handling full-stack development including UI frontend, backend services, and large-scale data processing. The main focus is on The One Account initiative, transforming Allegro’s ecosystem to a unified, company-level platform.

• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin
• English language skills at B2+ level
• Ability to work in a team and accept feedback
• Willingness to continuously develop and update knowledge
• Openness to occasionally develop frontend components
• Ability to travel quarterly between Warsaw and Poznań

• Code in Java and/or Kotlin
• Participate in code reviews by accepting comments and sharing knowledge
• Look for effective solutions to business and technical challenges
• Occasionally develop frontend parts of the solution
• Travel between Warsaw and Poznań once a quarter for team workshops
