Wymagania
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analytics.
- Exposure to AI-related projects and products is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail, data validation, and integrity.
- Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong client-facing communication, requirements gathering, expectation management, and negotiation skills.
- Highly skilled in dashboard design and development, with advanced Tableau skills.
- Proficiency in database technologies such as PostgreSQL is preferred.
- Understanding and leveraging AI technologies to enhance business processes.
- Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles; ability to conduct advanced financial analysis.
- Responsible and ethical decision-making with respect for work integrity.
- Growth-oriented with ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly; self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative.
Obowiązki
- Create, maintain, and adopt creative data visualizations and dashboards primarily in Tableau to derive actionable intelligence.
- Maintain, optimize, and adopt other in-house Business Intelligence products and solutions to support decision making.
- Participate in the full analytics development cycle from understanding client needs to consulting and adoption.
- Perform project management responsibilities for BI projects for corporate and government clients.
- Provide subject matter expertise on data-related processes and analyses.
- Collect business and data requirements to ensure inclusion in final solutions.
- Assure data integrity, business continuity, and effective report validation.
- Lead problem-solving teams developing recommendations based on data interpretations.
- Prepare formal presentations and reports describing project methodology, scope, assumptions, and results; present progress and results to clients and collect feedback.
- Collaborate with CBRE’s Digital and Technology team to implement automated technical solutions for BI projects.
- Propose initiatives for improvements, advanced analytics, data visualization, and AI adoption strategies for stakeholders and clients.
- Make decisions with understanding of procedures, policies, and business practices to achieve results and deadlines.
