Wymagania

  • Native-level Polish and strong English language skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Implementation, or Technical Account Management, ideally in SaaS or automation.
  • Strong technical exposure including familiarity with DevOps practices and on-premise deployments.
  • Hands-on experience or understanding of automation workflows, bot development, system integrations, and QA testing is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of AI/NLP solutions, APIs, and low-code/no-code platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset focused on driving customer value and measurable outcomes.

Obowiązki

  • Guide customers through their journey from onboarding to long-term success with AI solutions.
  • Configure conversational AI solutions, automation workflows, and integrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and oversee successful deployments.
  • Build strong customer relationships through business reviews, training sessions, and proactive engagement.
  • Drive adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and help customers realize ROI.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to share feedback and influence product enhancements.
  • Support renewals and expansions to contribute to customer and business growth.
