Wymagania
- Experience working with CCM (Customer Communication Management) platforms.
- Knowledge of tools such as Precisely Doc1, EngageOne, Pitney Bowes, Thunderhead, Smart Communications, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of building data-based documents and their automated distribution.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Experience in testing and troubleshooting application issues.
- Good work organization and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.
Obowiązki
- Development and modification of solutions supporting client communication preparation.
- Creating and adapting document templates according to business requirements.
- Configuring elements responsible for content personalization and data presentation.
- Analyzing requested changes and assessing their impact on existing processes and documents.
- Collaborating with project teams during the implementation of new functionalities.
- Identifying and resolving issues in document generation processes.
- Participating in testing, deployments, and maintenance of production environments.
- Supporting optimization of existing solutions and knowledge sharing within the team.
