  • Knowledge of tools such as Precisely Doc1, EngageOne, Pitney Bowes, Thunderhead, Smart Communications, or similar.
  • Practical knowledge of building data-based documents and their automated distribution.
  • Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Experience in testing and troubleshooting application issues.
  • Good work organization and ability to collaborate with business stakeholders.

  • Development and modification of solutions supporting client communication preparation.
  • Creating and adapting document templates according to business requirements.
  • Configuring elements responsible for content personalization and data presentation.
  • Analyzing requested changes and assessing their impact on existing processes and documents.
  • Collaborating with project teams during the implementation of new functionalities.
  • Identifying and resolving issues in document generation processes.
  • Participating in testing, deployments, and maintenance of production environments.
  • Supporting optimization of existing solutions and knowledge sharing within the team.
