Senior Python Developer, Team Lead

Dealavo Sp. z o.o. is a company offering a modern e-commerce analytics tool for online stores and manufacturers. The company actively uses LLMs, Copilot, and AI agents in product development, automation, and data analysis, building high-performance tools for working with large data sets.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position with documented web crawling projects
• Very good Python programming skills
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, network traffic, and multithreading
• Knowledge of AI agents
• Higher education in computer science or related field
• Advanced knowledge of Linux system
• Knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP protocols
• Knowledge of SQL and database optimization
• Attention to high code quality
• At least good command of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of efficient and scalable processing of large data volumes
• Experience with tools: PyCharm, Jenkins, GitHub, RabbitMQ, Nagios, Ansible
• Experience with databases: PostgreSQL, Redis, ScyllaDB
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Estimation of programming task durations
• Experience with libraries: urllib, httpx, SQLAlchemy, Flask

• Lead a team of 4 developers and company activities to develop web crawling technologies
• Plan activities and implementations for scalable web crawling
• Research new solutions and services to improve scraping quality or reduce costs
• Control and manage costs and effectiveness of web crawling
