Creatio Developer (CRM / Low-Code)

Global consulting company seeking Software Engineers experienced with the Creatio platform to implement solutions for end clients in international environments.

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with the Creatio platform
• 4–8 years of IT experience (Mid / Senior level)
• Experience in building and configuring CRM and automating business processes
• Practical knowledge of no-code / low-code approaches
• Experience with system integrations (REST / SOAP API)
• Knowledge of SQL and basic database work
• Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, or .NET (platform extensions) is a plus
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and collaboration with business and technical teams
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum is an additional advantage

Nice to have:

• Certifications related to the Creatio platform
• Experience in CRM implementations or digital transformation projects
• Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) or BPM areas

• Design, configure, and develop solutions based on the Creatio platform (no-code / low-code CRM)
• Model and automate business processes (workflow, BPM)
• Develop CRM functionalities supporting sales, customer service, and operational processes
• Integrate external systems with the Creatio platform using REST and SOAP APIs
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into system solutions
• Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and business stakeholders
• Participate in testing, prepare documentation, and support solution maintenance
