Polcode is a global technology partner with a team of almost 100 professionals building and improving digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. The company supports a growing portfolio of digital projects including eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, SaaS products, and custom software.

• 3+ years of commercial UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and UI expertise
• Experience designing eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, and digital products
• Experience working on both greenfield projects and redesign initiatives
• Ability to independently lead the design process from concept to delivery
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and usability
• Excellent visual design skills and strong aesthetic judgment
• Creativity supported by strong design fundamentals and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt design approach to different products, industries, and user needs
• Ability to balance modern design trends with practical business and user requirements
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ability to conduct discovery sessions and gather requirements from stakeholders
• Experience preparing estimates and contributing to project scoping
• Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent English for client-facing communication

• Contribute to product strategy and feature definition
• Participate in project estimations and design planning
