1dea operates in the semiconductor and advanced AI systems sector, providing IT support primarily onsite in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or IT operations
• Practical experience supporting Linux systems
• Experience supporting VLSI/CAD engineering environments
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Basic knowledge of AWS is a plus but not required
• Good understanding of networking and firewall concepts
• Experience participating in IT projects, especially related to Intune, security, or engineering IT environments
• English proficiency at minimum B2+ level
• Higher technical education

• Provide daily IT support for end users
• Support Linux environments used by engineering teams
• Support VLSI/CAD teams including VNC and remote graphical access
• Install, troubleshoot, and configure EDA tools
• Administer and troubleshoot FlexLM/license servers
• Provide basic CAD environment support (paths, environment variables, shared resources)
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, application deployment, and security
• Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Perform basic AWS administrative tasks such as console access, resource review, and minor configuration changes during urgent incidents
• Support and troubleshoot network and firewall issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, routing, access rules)
• Participate in IT and security projects related to Intune deployments, endpoint security, identity and access management, and engineering environment stability
• Maintain documentation, operational procedures (runbooks), and IT asset records

Work location primarily onsite in Gdańsk Wrzeszcz; international work environment requiring English B2+ proficiency.
