Strategic Staffing Solutions client is a leading global IT services consulting company with more than 1300 employees across offices in USA, India, Poland (Wroclaw), Australia, and UK. The company specializes in offshore outsourcing, software development, maintenance, and support.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B) data model, best practices, product management, and order processing workflows.
• Ability to customize and extend Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2B).
• Apex coding skills for backend customization.
• Familiarity with payment gateway integrations (e.g., PayPal, Stripe).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with experience in agile environments.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Experience Cloud.
• Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud Certification.

• Develop and integrate custom business logic to handle complex e-commerce workflows, including inventory management, order processing, and customer service.
• Design and develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) to customize the application front-end.
• Build API integrations with third-party systems such as ERP and payment gateways.
• Implement security features and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Build Apex classes to manage data synchronization for batch processing.
• Perform regular code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and manage source control using Git.
• Provide post-deployment support, bug fixes, and performance optimization for front-end and back-end components.
• Debug and optimize Apex code.
