Senior Full Stack Developer

As part of their massive IT expansion strategy, they are launching a brand-new, high-tech IT Hub in Warsaw.

• Minimum of 8 years of commercial full-stack development experience.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level for daily collaboration with global teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to bridge clean, high-quality code with business value.
• Collaborative team player with experience in knowledge-sharing and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust solutions based on industry best practices (security, testability, scalability).
• Actively participate in requirement analysis and system architecture design.
• Implement, test, and deploy complex applications.
• Continuously optimize code, refactor, and provide high-level user support.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Business Analysts to deliver flawless products.
