Wymagania

Must have:

  • Full proficiency in English (C1 level), both written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and AI-forward mindset; comfortable using GenAI tools (like Gemini, Claude) to improve text quality and speed up daily work.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, switch context, and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a highly responsible approach to data quality.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with both internal team members and external business partners.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with automation tools (ideally n8n) to connect different applications and automate workflows.
  • Comfortable proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Experience or interest in vendor management, recruitment, or IT sourcing.
  • Understanding of software development terms and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

Obowiązki

  • Act as a point of contact for partner companies (vendors) to source external talent and specialists for internal projects based on current business needs.
  • Coordinate the creation of high-quality anonymized CVs by collecting information and converting raw project descriptions into attractive, polished, and professional CV statements in perfect English.
  • Actively seek ways to optimize daily operations using AI tools and automation platforms (like n8n) to streamline the CV creation process, data collection, and repetitive PMO tasks.
  • Oversee the anonymized CV process end-to-end, manage priorities, and distribute tasks within a small team.
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) and Allocation Manager by collecting and analyzing data from internal systems, maintaining the bench/allocation list, and drafting reports or presentations.
  • Manage, update, and maintain internal databases, knowledge bases, and process tracking systems in Jira and Confluence.
  • Assist in operational processes, including onboarding new team members, driving the 360-degree feedback process, and coordinating offboarding activities.
