Senior MAUI Developer - Energy & Utilities

• Strong commercial experience with .NET MAUI and building production mobile apps
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end mobile solutions
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem
• Solid experience with cross-platform mobile development for Android and iOS
• Understanding of mobile architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM) and clean code principles
• Experience with full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of features
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Experience with performance optimisation, debugging, and profiling mobile apps
• Understanding of mobile app lifecycle, deployment processes, and store releases
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate effectively

Nice to have:

• Previous experience with Xamarin (migration to MAUI is a plus)
• Experience integrating mobile apps with .NET backend services and REST APIs
• Familiarity with Azure and cloud-based architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, mobile build automation, and app distribution
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, App Centre, or similar tools
• Knowledge of observability practices (logging, monitoring, crash reporting, telemetry)
• Understanding of mobile security best practices
• Experience with UI/UX optimisation and accessibility
• Exposure to full-stack development or collaboration with web teams

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI (Android & iOS) focusing on code quality and scalability
• Take end-to-end ownership of mobile features from requirements analysis to post-production support
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to architecture and design decisions
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following .NET best practices
• Ensure high quality through unit testing, code reviews, and continuous refactoring
• Collaborate with backend developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across UI, integration, performance, and production incidents
• Continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Contribute to backlog refinement, estimations, and technical breakdown of features
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support continuous team improvement
