Senior Inżynier Machine learning /MLOPS

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is seeking a Senior Machine Learning / MLOPS Engineer to join a team creating modern ML and LLM solutions for clients in Poland and abroad.

• Experience in developing and deploying applications in Python.
• Very good knowledge of Linux systems (e.g., Debian, RHEL).
• Practical experience in creating and maintaining containerized applications in Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud solutions, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ability to independently diagnose problems and propose and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of DevOps or MLOps methodologies.
• Willingness to develop skills in ML and LLM.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge in MLOps, LLMOps, Big Data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Experience with data warehouses and ETL processes.

• Designing and implementing applications using Machine Learning models and Large Language Models (LLM).
• Configuring and maintaining applications running on Linux and Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Diagnosing and resolving issues related to deployed solutions.
• Actively participating in the MLOps team and project development initiatives.
• Implementing CI/CD best practices and automating deployment processes.
• Collaborating with data engineering and ML teams to integrate models into production.
