Middle AI Engineer

RITS Software House, part of RITS Group, is a dynamically developing IT company providing high-quality programming services for the Polish and international markets. The position is within the Hyperautomation team focusing on solutions based on large language models, NLP, and data analysis.

• Practical experience in Python programming and implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Experience in projects involving NLP, RAG, AgenticAI, and working with large language models (LLM).
• Knowledge and ability to use ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Experience in maintaining and improving existing systems and providing ongoing operational support.
• Communication skills enabling cooperation with technical and business teams; practical knowledge of prompt engineering tools and methods.
• Ability to combine business requirements with available technology and work according to large organization standards.

• Designing, creating, and deploying solutions in Python.
• Developing projects based on artificial intelligence and data analysis.
• Designing and implementing solutions in NLP, RAG, AgenticAI, and working with LLM; sharing knowledge with the team.
• Providing ongoing operational support: updates, bug fixes, and maintenance of existing components.
• Working with ML/AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) in model creation and maintenance.
• Communicating with the Hyperautomation Formation Team and IT teams regarding LLM technologies and prompt engineering practices.
• Adapting solutions to current business needs in IT Democratization according to client standards and strategy.
