HipTen - Salesforce Consultant

We're HipTen, a boutique Salesforce consulting firm specializing in helping insurance companies across the US optimize their CRM systems. Our clients range from growing agencies with 50 employees to established firms with 500+ staff. We focus on delivering solutions that improve client workflows, combining technical expertise with clear communication.

• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation experience
• Experience working across multiple different Salesforce environments
• Background working for smaller boutique agencies managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong technical understanding from roles such as Salesforce admin, developer, or consultant
• Proven client-facing experience, comfortable leading virtual meetings and building rapport
• Ability to create documentation like user stories, design documents, data models, and data flow diagrams

Brownie points for:

• Insurance or financial services industry experience
• Previous technical experience with other software products before Salesforce (other CRMs, software development, web development, marketing technology)
• Solution architect background

• Conduct requirements gathering sessions with customers, document their needs, create user stories and design documents
• Create prototypes to show customers before development begins
• Conduct demos of work completed by the development team and collect feedback
• Assist during UAT to ensure everything works as expected
• Train customers on new functionality and help them get comfortable with the system
• Assist with data imports and migrations

• This is a full-time contractor position requiring daily overlap with US Eastern Time
