Scrum Master

This is a full-time Scrum Master position in the banking industry, focused on overseeing two teams working on cloud solutions with Azure and AWS. The project is based in Gdańsk with a hybrid work model (2 days/week on-site) and uses English as the project language. The assignment type is B2B with 12-month contracts plus prolongations.

• Hands-on Project Manager experience in Cloud/AWS/Azure projects.
• Proven understanding of agile practices, including daily scrums and PI planning.
• Hands-on experience with Jira.

• Coordinate the work of two teams, one focused on Azure and the other on AWS.
• Facilitate daily scrums and Program Increment (PI) planning sessions.
• Support the Cloud Program Manager in various project management activities.
• Conduct status reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
• Manage and report on project risks proactively.
