Analytics & AI Senior Manager

In PwC Poland’s Digital& team, innovative applications and data-driven insights are created by combining software engineering expertise with advanced data analysis, including Generative AI applications. The team’s capabilities include data science, UX design, business intelligence, data engineering, frontend & backend development, and cloud solutions. Projects are carried out in various industries such as banking, insurance, and retail, supporting clients from the local CEE region, Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

• 10+ years of relevant business experience, especially in consulting or in the Financial Sector, Consumer Markets, or TMT industries.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to independently disaggregate issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Ability to work under time pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent English speaking and communication skills essential for working with overseas clients.

• Support business development by identifying new opportunities, crafting proposals, and contributing to sales pitches to expand PwC's Digital& service offerings in Analytics & AI, Application Development, and Intelligent Process Automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop thought leadership, go-to-market strategy, new offerings, and value propositions for PwC's Analytics & AI services.
• Focus on one of the three industries: Financial Sector, Consumer Markets, or TMT.
• Act as Analytics & AI industry lead for one of these industries.
• Collaborate with the broader Analytics & AI team on project delivery and with Business Development account managers focusing on priority clients.
• Supervise delivery of a portfolio of projects.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in Analytics & AI.
