UiPath Developer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating automation solutions using UiPath.
• Knowledge of the RPA project lifecycle from process analysis to production support.
• Experience working in complex, regulated environments (preferably healthcare, life sciences, or public sector).
• Knowledge of API integration, data management, and orchestration processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to explain technical issues to business stakeholders.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
• UiPath Advanced Developer or UiPath Solution Architect certification is an advantage.

• Designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions using UiPath.
• Maintaining and supporting deployed solutions to ensure high performance, stability, and compliance with operational standards.
• Leading or supporting business process analysis with stakeholders to identify automation and process optimization opportunities.
• Conducting workshops and project meetings.
• Verifying and validating business cases to ensure measurable benefits from automation projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and process owners to ensure smooth implementation and deployment.
• Ensuring quality and documentation according to best practices at every stage of the RPA lifecycle.
• Continuously seeking innovation by leveraging new UiPath functionalities, integrating AI solutions, and identifying opportunities to scale automation within the organization.
