KYC Checker with Turkish

• At least one year of experience in KYC Quality Control or Quality Assurance/checking/compliance preferred
• Knowledge of navigating corporate legal documents is an asset
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Fluent command of Turkish
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames
• Ability to work as a team player
• Analytical and good organizational skills are an asset
• Willingness to learn and manage in a constantly changing environment

• Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts
• Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and Citi standards
• Make sure KYC forms and client profiles are updated according to policy requirements
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure information is remediated correctly before due dates, and within prescribed SLA
• Perform other KYC tasks, including prioritization, monitoring and tracking of the KYC records and Appendix approval process
• Assist with the development and execution of action planning for quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure records are not past due
