Wymagania

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • Team-player with strong customer orientation
  • Investigative mindset combined with thinking outside the box
  • Proficient understanding of emerging technologies
  • Effective analytic and presentation skills
  • Readiness to work during public holidays and weekends on a rotational basis
  • 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of Excel, Analytical thinking, Scrum

Obowiązki

  • Analyze and solve online technical system issues reported by clients
  • Utilize internal and client-facing systems
  • Provide practical solutions to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Escalate issues to Level 2 support if needed
  • Deliver customer satisfaction and good quality service
  • Support clients with reporting tools
  • Work in partnership with vendors, technology, and client operations teams
  • Propose and implement solutions for increased operating efficiency and improved client experience
