Business Analyst (Product Ownership Focus)

• At least 6 years of prior experience as an IT Business Analyst, ideally in an international setup.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Data analysis skills: SQL and Databricks (at least basic level).
• Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams.
• Fluent command of written and spoken English.
• Experience with AI / ML in recommendation algorithms focusing on suggested orders and order value optimization.
• AI-enabled mindset with ability to leverage LLMs, agents, and tooling.
• Product Owner mindset and practical approach to ownership and decision-making.
• Assertiveness and ability to work effectively under pressure.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the CPG Retail Sales sector.

• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyse and define current business processes as well as requirements.
• Translating business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Creating detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and solutions.
• Supporting backlog creation and maintenance.
• Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.
• Implementing effective communication plans, status updates, risk, and issue reporting to stakeholders.
• Supporting users' participation in deployments and implementation activities.
