SAP ABAP Developer

Antal is recruiting for a SAP ABAP Developer specialized in the SAP PY (Payroll) module to work remotely from Poland with occasional visits to the client's office in Zielona Góra. The role involves supporting key HR and payroll processes and participating in the transformation of systems to the modern SAP S/4HANA architecture within a large international organization.

• Several years of experience programming in ABAP and ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
• Experience working with the SAP PY (Payroll) module
• Knowledge of code optimization for SAP HANA
• Experience with various programming methodologies and tools
• Practical knowledge of programming interfaces such as IDoc, REST API, and Batch Input
• Very good knowledge of German (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of English
• Accuracy, responsibility, and reliability in task execution

• Develop and maintain SAP HCM applications in the Payroll (SAP PY) area
• Support monthly payroll calculation processes in a corporate environment
• Optimize existing SAP HCM solutions and migrate them to SAP S/4HANA
• Adapt and optimize ABAP code for the SAP HANA environment
• Design, develop, and maintain integration interfaces
• Collaborate with SAP teams and technical experts on development projects
• Participate in transforming the SAP HCM environment to HANA-based architecture (H4S4)
• Ensure high quality, performance, and stability of developed solutions
