Senior Backend Java Developer

Ework Group is involved in a project to modernize and transition an old online banking system for corporate customers to a new digital channel. The project focuses on Corporate Netbank, an online banking channel for Cash Management and other services, providing mobile and easy access to banking services for domestic and international accounts and payments.

• Higher education level within IT or similar preferred
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development
• Familiarity with reactive programming
• Working knowledge of Spring, Hibernate, and Cucumber framework
• Experience with SQL, REST, Microservices, and GIT
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and design patterns
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Build and improve APIs for the new digital banking channel
• Develop and enhance services organized within microservice and monolith architectures
• Follow Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and port-adapter architecture principles
• Utilize reactive programming stack in service development
• Integrate backend services with frontend UI written in Angular
