System Administrator (Windows)

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a System Administrator in large organizations (at least 1000 users)
• Higher education, preferably in technical fields such as IT or electronics
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2022 and high availability concepts
• Very good knowledge and experience with IBM MQ installation, configuration, and administration
• Very good knowledge of WSFC, NLB, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
• Ability to program in scripting languages (PowerShell, VBS)
• Knowledge of patch management
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Teams at least at an intermediate level
• Communication skills, engagement, stress resistance, good organization, and goal orientation
• Availability for occasional on-call duties or overtime
• Willingness to develop competencies and quickly learn new knowledge

• IBM MQ certifications

• Administration and maintenance of Windows Server environments (2016/2022)
• Ensuring high availability of systems using WSFC and NLB
• Managing and maintaining IBM MQ
• Administering Active Directory
• Maintaining virtual environments
• Performing patch management
• Automating tasks using PowerShell and VBS scripting
• Monitoring systems and resolving incidents
• Participating in infrastructure projects and creating documentation
• Working in a hybrid model with 2-3 meetings per month at the client's office in Warsaw
