Senior Platform Engineer

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for leading clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is an international organization operating in multiple countries with a complex IT infrastructure supporting various businesses including maritime transport and logistics.

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or DevSecOps
• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, ACR, Monitor, IAM/Entra ID)
• Experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration and production maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or similar
• Practical DevSecOps approach including security in pipelines, scanning, secrets management, and policies
• Experience in monitoring, observability, and incident management including RCA
• Experience working with Git and team environments

• Creating and developing a developer platform based on Azure and OpenShift
• Designing and maintaining CI/CD and GitOps standards
• Building and developing automation to reduce manual work and increase deployment consistency
• Supporting development teams in application deployment processes including enablement, consultations, and troubleshooting
• Ensuring environment security according to DevSecOps practices
• Integrating security tools with CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring systems and maintaining high availability and performance of services
• Participating in incident handling, problem diagnosis, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA)

Work location is hybrid with office presence in Wrocław 1-2 days per week.
