Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator

Devire Outsourcing IT is a collaboration model dedicated to IT specialists based on self-employment (B2B), delivering projects for clients running innovative and modern projects. The client is a company in the financial/debt collection industry.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and optimization activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Experience in requirements analysis and designing IT systems
• Very good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, management)
• Skills in managing incomplete information and structuring it
• High level of proactivity and independence in action
• Experience in an international environment (cross-market collaboration) with English at minimum B2/C1 level
• Ability to work with Jira, including knowledge of the tool and work principles, task creation, reporting (creating reports, plans, data extraction and processing)
• Experience working in the financial industry
• Experience in monitoring milestone realization and enforcing progress

• Managing projects and ongoing monitoring of their execution within a digital transformation program on foreign markets
• Building and maintaining effective collaboration with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Coordinating cooperation between areas and foreign markets
• Taking responsibility for tasks and operating in a dynamic environment
• Proactively identifying dependencies, blockers, and decision areas
• Supporting decision-making by preparing materials, analyses, and recommendations
• Organizing and conducting operational meetings (status updates, decision-making, alignment)
• Reporting project progress including key milestones, budget, and quality
• Ensuring consistency of planning and reporting in Jira, maintaining transparency of execution status (reports, KPIs, dashboards)
• Actively planning, managing information, and ensuring its consistency among multiple stakeholders
