Fullstack Software Developer

The company partners with clients in both private and public sectors, focusing on IT/OT, R&D, Engineering, and Business Development to deliver sustainable value through holistic talent management. This role is for a client in the healthcare sector developing a Sample Management Application for biological samples used in research and development.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in front-end development; Vue.js experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Advanced Python experience is a must.
• Solid understanding of API principles for backend development.
• Database and SQL (Oracle) experience is a benefit.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
• Familiarity with laboratory information systems and sample management workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead development and enhancement of SaMa’s frontend tech stack.
• Implement new features such as advanced ordering, sample tracking, and analytics.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Maintain architectural consistency and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Establish rapport and collaborate closely with wet lab scientists, requiring frequent lab visits and on-site presence.
• Support integration with the commercial sample management system Mosaic from Cenevo and other IMS components.

This position can be fully remote within Poland. Travel to Denmark will be required once every 6 months.
